Helping leaders think clearly, communicate with impact and lead with courage

You've reached a point where the usual advice isn't enough, a bigger role, harder decision, a team that's stopped trusting each other. Coaching gives you the space to step back, get honest, and work out what needs to change.

Helping leaders thrive while building stronger, more resilient organisations

At Helena Bailey Coaching, I bring more than 25 years’ experience at senior level, including leadership roles with McKinsey, EY and Burson-Marsteller, alongside over 2,000 hours of executive coaching since 2014.

I have advised CEOs and Managing Directors through periods of significant pressure, change and uncertainty. My work is grounded not only in coaching theory, but in first-hand experience of complex organisations, difficult decisions and the realities of leadership.

How I help leaders lead

Client - Law Firm - new Partner

Working with Helena was transformative during one of the most critical periods of my career. Her coaching provided me with clarity, confidence, and a structured approach as I navigated the challenges of preparing for partnership election.

Client - new leader with large team

When I suddenly found myself leading a large team, I knew I needed support to navigate the challenges of communication and building trust. Helena quickly understood the situation and provided invaluable guidance that helped me step into my role with confidence.

Through her coaching, I developed a clearer communication style and strategies to foster trust and engagement within the team.

The moments that bring people to me

You’ve stepped into a bigger role and the stakes feel different now - You’re leading a team through change, and trust has taken a hit - You’re facing a high-stakes decision with no easy answer - You’re preparing for partnership or a board-level step, and want to get it right - You’ve had tough feedback, or a knock to your confidence, and need to work through it properly.
